We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Manager with expertise in digital advertising, specifically in pixel setup and placement. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns for designated clients across various platforms while ensuring accurate tracking, data collection, and audience targeting. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Strategy Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital networks. Collaborate with marketing team to align campaigns with business goals for designated clients. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversion rates. Pixel Setup & Tracking Implement, configure, and manage tracking pixels (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel) to ensure accurate audience tracking and conversion attribution. Work closely with developers or use tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) to deploy pixels without affecting site performance. Troubleshoot and debug tracking issues, ensuring events fire correctly for proper remarketing, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling. Analyze data from pixels to refine audience segmentation and retargeting strategies. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, AOV, Revenue, Orders and conversion rates. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and third-party reporting tools to gain insights and optimize ad spend. Adjust campaign parameters based on performance data, ensuring continuous improvement. Collaboration & Reporting Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and dashboards. Work with marketing team to ensure ad creatives align with audience preferences. Stay updated on industry trends, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and platform updates affecting pixel tracking and campaign performance. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in digital campaign management, especially in pixel setup and tracking. Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and other tracking tools. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel reporting, and UTM tracking. Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and attribution models. Knowledge of privacy laws and best practices for data collection. Ability to troubleshoot pixel errors, debug tracking issues, and collaborate with developers when needed. Experience with A/B testing and performance-based optimization. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications. Experience with server-side tracking and enhanced conversions. Familiarity with JavaScript for debugging and custom pixel implementation a plus. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, technical problem-solving, and optimizing advertising performance through precise tracking and audience insights.
