As a Construction Business Consultant, you will work closely with owner to identify problems, develop tailored solutions, and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and business growth. **MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN CONSTRUCTION ALL APPLICANTS THAT DO NOT WILL NOT BE LOOKED AT** Duties -Collaborate with owner to understand their business objectives and challenges. -Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement. -Develop strategic plans that align with Wyld Mountain Customs goals and industry best practices. -Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations. -Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results. -Provide expert guidance on business development strategies and process improvement methodologies. -Foster strong relationships with clients to support ongoing consulting engagements.
