Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the developing sales strategies, building healthy customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience. You should possess exceptional communication skills and an understanding of the real estate market. * We're building the sales funnel and your input would be welcome. * You'll be given time to learn and grow in the role. * We'll be paying by milestone arrangement that we both agree on. * You'll be working with both cash and owner-financed sales. * Over time, you'll be given more decision-making authority.
