I'm looking for an experienced Facebook and Instagram Ads Specialist to help scale my luxury candle and home fragrance brand. My goal is to grow brand awareness, drive high-converting traffic to my Shopify store, and most importantly—generate consistent revenue. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the nuances of e-commerce advertising, has a data-driven mindset, and can create compelling ad creatives that resonate with fragrance lovers. What I’m Looking For: Proven experience running successful Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns for e-commerce brands (preferably in lifestyle, beauty, or home goods) Strong understanding of targeting, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies Ability to manage end-to-end campaign setup, testing, optimization, and scaling Creative input on ad visuals and copy (bonus if you can design or suggest creatives) Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to improve ROI Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo (bonus) Project Scope: Audit current ad account and make recommendations Develop and launch ad campaigns (awareness, conversion, and retargeting) Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance My Goal: To create a consistent flow of sales through paid advertising while building a recognizable brand in the luxury candle and home fragrance space.
