I'm looking to hire an attorney to help me significantly strenthen my case for an upcoming workers Compensation Virtual Hearing 4/9 2025 2pm Hawaii Time. My attorney has become unresponsive and unhelpful in the preperation leading up the the appeals hearing and I've concluded I can't rely on him. I've got evidence exibits he forgot to submit for the first hearing that I need to get in and my paralegal thinks he must be the one to submit them since he's the attorney on record. I have a great workers compensation paralegal who has been my saving grace and is looking into how to do critical things in the absense of my attorney.
