Virtual Assistant for Social Media Outreach and Forum Recruitment


Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help us recruit remote hosts device program. Your main role will be to connect with Facebook group owners to secure sticky threads or featured posts and explore additional forums in niches like work-from-home, data entry, and passive income to promote our hosting opportunity. Responsibilities: Identify and contact owners of relevant Facebook groups to negotiate sticky threads, pinned posts, or featured announcements about our device hosting program. Research and post in other online forums or communities (e.g., work-from-home, data entry, passive income niches) to attract potential hosts. Use pre-written messages to pitch the opportunity and adapt them as needed to fit group or forum guidelines. Respond to initial inquiries and collect basic details from interested individuals. Track outreach efforts and provide daily updates on progress, responses, and opportunities secured. Requirements: Proven experience with Facebook group outreach or social media engagement (experience negotiating with group admins is a plus). Ability to research and identify relevant online forums or communities in niches like work-from-home, passive income, or tech-related fields. Excellent written communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple outreach efforts. Basic knowledge of internet connectivity (e.g., fiber internet) and 5G signals is a bonus but not required.
