Project Title: Attorney for Judicial Review Filing
I’m seeking an attorney to assist with filing a judicial review following a dismissal by the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC). The case involves claims under Ohio civil rights laws, and the OCRC has determined there is "no probable cause" for the allegations. The primary task is to: Review the OCRC findings and the case details. Draft and file the judicial review petition with the appropriate court, challenging the OCRC’s findings. Cite relevant Ohio statutes and case law to support the review. The attorney should have experience with administrative law, Ohio civil rights law, and the judicial review process. Strong legal writing and research skills are essential. The case is relatively straightforward, and I am seeking someone who can handle the legal drafting and filing of the review.
