We’re hiring a high-trust, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of Product & Experience at Text In Church. This is a part-time role with high impact. You’ll be working alongside a senior leader who oversees Product, Engineering, Support, and Success. Your job is to take the administrative, coordination, and communication load off his plate so he can focus more on leading people, shaping strategy, and driving growth. What You’ll Own: Operational Support • Manage and optimize calendar with intentional time blocking • Track receipts, prepare monthly expense reports, and manage travel logistics • Triage Slack and email—responding, escalating, or following up as needed • Maintain a personal task board to keep top priorities in motion Communication & Execution • Draft or format internal updates, vision docs, and meeting follow-ups • Prepare notes, decks, or briefing docs for strategic meetings • Track open loops and commitments from meetings to ensure follow-through Member Engagement & Insights • Schedule and coordinate feedback calls with church leaders and members • Help run member surveys and summarize results in simple reports • Capture insights to feed into product strategy and team communication Metrics & Reporting • Pull regular data from key tools (support, product, usage) • Compile weekly or monthly performance summaries • Track and document shoutouts, milestones, and wins across teams What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years in an EA, operations, or coordination role (tech/startup environment a plus) • Strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent organization skills • High attention to detail and trustworthiness—especially with sensitive information • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, monday.com, Zapier, Intercom • Self-starter who thrives on helping others stay organized and effective
