I recently changed my merchant service account and payment gateway to Helcim, and I let go of Authorize.net and other merchant service. The new API token was updated, however the apps and website keep returning errors (i.e.: 403) when testing payment processing. Therefore, I need to have the Helcim account modified so that it communicates with my website and apps. Note: the apps process all payments through the website code. This is a quick fix and should not take more than 4 hours for someone proficient in ecommerce.
