Remote Paralegal – Family Law (Project-Based, Potential for Full-Time)

A Texas law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Paralegal to provide remote support on a per-project basis, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and firm needs. Responsibilities: • Draft and review legal documents including petitions, orders, discovery, and settlement agreements • Conduct legal research and summarize findings • Manage case files, maintain deadlines, and organize supporting documentation • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner • Support attorneys with trial preparation and hearing coordination Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of family law experience as a paralegal (Texas family law experience required) • Strong understanding of Texas family law procedures and court filings • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal case management software • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting • Must reside in Texas and have a professional home office setup Compensation: • Per-project pay based on experience and complexity of work • Opportunity for full-time, remote position
