Short Animated Videos

I need three whiteboard/animated videos showing the day in a life of three different characters using technology. No sound needed as someone will be narrarating these in person. We just want to be able to show the actions happening in a compelling way with animation. I will provide relevant contextual screenshots or videos of what should be shown on any computer screens or in any specific office space. Our timeline is less than a week to get this project done. Here is the script for context on timing: (Storyboard can be provided if needed for shot by shot, what should show.) Information Worker: Alex It's the evening, and Alex is home planning his workday for tomorrow. Using Copilot, he summarizes his tasks and meetings. He doesn't normally plan to go into the office on that day, but thanks to Microsoft Places he sees in Outlook that many of his colleagues plan to go in, including a team member who will be visiting from another city. He adjusts his schedule to be in the office and uses Places to find a desk in the same work pod as his colleagues. Copilot in Microsoft Places suggests he book meeting rooms for 3 of his meetings that were going to be online so he can meet face-to-face with his team. It suggests rooms based on location, capacity, and features and allows him to book all of them with a single click. Alex uses Copilot to suggest good restaurants for a team lunch nearby with some local flavor and a specified price range that will impress the out-of-town colleague. When Alex arrives at the office, he scans his badge and is automatically checked in to Places, so others that are there can see he is in the office that day and he can see who is there as well. He uses @nearby in the team chat to quickly see who in the group is in the office and let them know about the special lunch for their out-of-town colleague, and Alex is paying. Alex has some other exciting news he plans to tell the team: he and his wife are expecting a baby! He wants to check on the company's paternity leave policy so he asks the HR Self-Service Agent in Teams that his company setup to provide accurate answers about HR-related questions grounded in their Employee Handbook and other official HR documentation. He gets the information he needs about the paternity leave policy, but still has a few questions. The Agent allows him to simply click "create ticket" and a ticket is opened with HR, where an HR rep will reach out to discuss Alex's concerns. HR Manager: Jamie Meanwhile, Jamie the HR Manager starts her day by asking Copilot to summarize her meetings, tasks, and emails to prepare and prioritize. She asks Copilot to provide a summary of recent tickets created and then a summary of the top trending ticket types. She then uses Copilot in Microsoft Excel to analyze employee engagement data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. In PowerPoint, she asks Copilot to pull together all of this information into a presentation she will use in her morning meeting with her team, ready to present with the latest possible data. She joins her Team Meeting with colleagues from around the world. One of her colleagues is not as conformable speaking in English, so they use the Interpreter Agent so they can speak in their native tongue and Jamie uses the Facilitator Agent in the meeting so it can generate meeting notes and action items in real time, allowing her to focus on what her team members are saying. After the meeting, Jamie used the AI-generated notes from Facilitator and the Intelligent Recap of the meeting to gather her colleague's feedback and update her presentation for her big afternoon meeting with leadership. Unfortunately for Jamie, the meeting room she originally booked for that meeting is no longer available and she needs a new room. No need to panic! Copilot automatically found a nearby room of the same size and features and updated the meeting invitation accordingly. Jamie didn't have to do a thing and can focus on preparing for her presentation. The room is a Microsoft Teams Room and there is a mix of people in the room and joining remotely. Thanks to Cloud Intelliframe, the people in the room are automatically individually framed, so remote participants can see Jamie and the others clearly. Thanks to voice attribution and speaker attribution, the captions, transcript, and AI-generated notes attribute what is said in the room to the appropriate people instead of just showing the name of the room as the speaker. The room is also able to use the Facilitator Agent for real-time AI-generated meeting notes and action items, just like Jamie used at her desk earlier. Jamie's presentation is a huge success and sparks a lot of valuable conversation. The room is outfitted with a Surface Hub, so Jamie uses Whiteboard + Copilot to brainstorm and take notes. Back at her desk, Jamie gathers a summary of the AI-generated notes from her leadership meeting and the Whiteboard summary, equipped with a clear plan and action items to move her project forward. Facilities Manager: Taylor Taylor begins the day by checking the status of office spaces in Microsoft Places. The app provides insights into room usage and occupancy. She then uses Viva Engage to post to the Houston, TX office community about a workspace that is currently under construction. She uses the rewrite with copilot feature while composing her post so that it's professional and succinct. Taylor uses Teams Phone to coordinate with maintenance staff, ensuring all tasks are assigned and tracked During a team meeting in a Teams Meeting Room, Taylor uses Copilot to automate note-taking and action item tracking. Taylor also uses Copilot in Microsoft 365 to generate a report on space utilization, helping optimize office layouts. Copilot in Microsoft PowerPoint to create a presentation for the executive team, showcasing the benefits of recent facility upgrades. Before ending the day, Taylor uses Microsoft Teams to set up a recurring task for weekly maintenance checks, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
