Busy landscape construction company seeking Unilock design specialist. Prior Unilock Uvision experience required. JOB DESCRIPTION You will be responsible for meeting with clients and project managers, as well as crew members in order to visualize, design, and ensure the creation of functional and aesthetic outdoor living designs. You will be designing spaces such as outdoor kitchens, patios, pergolas, decks, landscaping features, etc. based on client needs, budget, and site conditions. Produce detailed architectural drawings and 3D renderings using software programs such as Unilock Uvision and Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction crews to ensure design feasibility and structural integrity. Select and specify specialty materials, finishes, and outdoor furniture that align with project aesthetics and durability requirements. Stay informed on zoning law, building codes, and permitting requirements related to outdoor structures Present design concepts to clients through sketches, digital renderings, and mood boards. Conduct site assessments to evaluate topography, drainage, sun exposure, and other environmental factors. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Excellent spatial recognition, problem solving, and creative design skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on client needs. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas and budget implications effectively.
