Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Jiu-Jitsu & MMA Gym Marketing Services We are looking for a professional cold caller / appointment setter to represent our business, connect with Jiu-Jitsu schools and MMA gyms, and schedule appointments with our sales team. Our company specializes in marketing services designed to help gyms increase student sign-ups through proven strategies. We need a part-time appointment setter (10-20 hours per week), with the potential to increase hours based on performance within the first month. As I am currently managing another project, I need someone reliable, personable, and results-driven to handle calls during optimal times when gym owners are most available. The secret word is purple. Responsibilities: -Cold call gym owners using a provided list of names and numbers. -Build rapport, understand gym owners’ needs, and introduce our marketing services. -Follow a prepared sales pitch while adapting based on the conversation. -Take detailed notes and record calls for review. Required Availability: Must be available to call during these peak hours (based on the gym’s time zone): -8:00 AM - 10:00 AM CST -12:00 PM - 4:00 PM CST What We Provide: -A list of leads (gym owners’ names and phone numbers). -A structured sales script with room for personal adjustments. -Detailed information on our services, including testimonials and case studies. -Recordings of successful calls from other contractors for reference. -Sales script to start with Preferred Skills & Experience: Strong ability to build rapport and engage gym owners over the phone. Previous cold calling experience, especially in marketing or the fitness industry. Knowledge of martial arts, self-defense, or general fitness (preferred but not required). Additional Requirements: Ability to take and provide detailed notes after each call. Capability to record calls for quality review.
