The Opportunity We’re looking for a results-driven fractional sales rep who thrives in a candid, no-fluff startup environment. You’ll own outbound outreach and the full sales cycle, working closely with our CEO to bring Cardeon into mid-sized companies that want to support their clients’ mental health. This is a chance to get in early and help shape our sales strategy—with the potential to build and lead the sales org as we scale. What You'll Do ✔️ Conduct outreach to CEOs, CCOs, and HR leaders ✔️ Manage 3–5 sales calls per day ✔️ Close mid- to high-ticket deals ($5,000–$10,000) ✔️ Educate prospects on the product’s impact and benefits ✔️ Track leads, manage pipeline, and refine messaging with the team ✔️ Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers What You Bring ✅ Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (bonus if healthcare/wellness-related) ✅ Strong outbound and closing skills ✅ Advanced CRM knowledge ✅ Ability to simplify complex solutions into clear, value-driven messages ✅ Self-starter energy with excellent communication skills Compensation
