We are an IT company based in NYC seeking experienced IT professionals to represent our company by providing exceptional on-site work and remote. This position is part-time to full-time, with hours varying based on client needs. Our ideal candidate is: - Highly skilled and experienced in IT support. - Self-motivated and proactive. - Reliable and punctual. - Professional, with excellent client interaction skills. - Organized with strong attention to detail. - Comfortable managing and engaging with customers. - Located in or able to travel to the NYC area when necessary. Required experience includes: - System administration in different environments. - Network configuration; knowledge in network architecture is required. - Customer relationship management. - Other client-specific technical tasks as needed. The position is primarily remote with occasional on-site visits to client locations.
