I’m seeking a freelance Customer Experience (CX) / User Experience (UX) Designer to help improve the design, flow, and conversion potential of my e-commerce jewelry website. My goal is to create a more intuitive and beautiful shopping experience that encourages visitors to browse, engage, and buy. I’m a small business owner and jewelry designer. Below is a draft SOW, but would love to discuss it with someone who has the expertise, as there might be important parts to the process that I'm missing.
