About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized team member to help us gather and organize data from multiple platforms including Podio, CallRail, smrtPhone, and others. Your main goal will be to create clear, accurate Excel spreadsheet scorecards that help us better understand and act on our data. Key Responsibilities: Scrape, extract, and organize data from Podio, CallRail, smrtPhone, and additional sources. Build and maintain Excel-based scorecards and reports for internal use. Ensure all data is clean, accurate, and updated regularly. Work closely with the team to understand what metrics matter most and deliver data that supports decision-making. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to the team. What We're Looking For: Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, etc.). Experience working in Podio, CallRail, smrtPhone, or similar platforms is a must. Comfortable with data scraping, sorting, and light analysis. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation tools. Understanding of basic KPIs in sales, marketing, or real estate. Familiarity with building dashboards or data visualizations.
