Looking to hire 1-2 remote high ticket appointment setters, DM messages and cold outreach. To give you a bit more about the company, the founder has spent over 15 years as a facilitator, coach, and guide, dedicating more than 20,000+ hours to helping thousands worldwide transcend their limitations and manifest abundant lives. Our target demographic is women 35-55, entrepreneurs and business owners, earning $100K-$250K/yr. Currently we've received leads from Tik Tok, Instagram, and YouTube, and need support with cold outreach. We do not run paid advertisement. In the past, we've hosted in-person and online events to enroll individuals into our flagship offering, and at the peak of the company, we had 6 employees, trained 35 coaches, and had 50 clients in our hight ticket course offering. Now that we've pivoted to taking our sales online for our $10K+ offerings, we've created an online funnel and are looking for setters to support our growth in a new way. Please note this role is NOT hourly. This would be a commission only, with milestones based on # of clients enrolled in our $10K offering. We are willing to increase the commission rate after certain milestones are reached.
