Grant will help secure funds for the following: expenses related to 2nd lease (seeking second brick & mortar space in Jersey City or Hoboken, New Jersey) special-purpose equipment (ovens, dehydrator, refrigerators, freezer, incubator) contractors recipe development marketing assistant Drifter Ferments crafts a variety of nourishing fermented foods, offers locally-sourced groceries, and serves farm-to-table fare alongside thoughtfully curated drinks. We always prioritize ingredients from local (NY, NJ, PA) farms and sustainable purveyors who embrace organic and fair trade practices, ensuring every bite supports both your health and the community.
