We are seeking an experienced Government RFP Specialist who can identify, research, and submit proposals for government contract opportunities on behalf of our nationally acclaimed advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in writing and winning government bids, particularly in advertising, marketing, media, and creative services. Responsibilities: • Research & Identify relevant federal, state, and local RFPs in the advertising, tourism, hospitality, and media industries • Assess contract eligibility and provide strategic recommendations on high-probability opportunities • Write, edit, and format compelling government proposals that align with agency requirements • Manage the submission process including compliance checks, attachments, and necessary documentation • Track and maintain a pipeline of potential RFPs and renewal opportunities • Communicate with procurement officers to clarify requirements and ensure compliance Requirements: ✅ Proven experience writing and winning government contracts (state & federal) ✅ Expertise in proposal writing, compliance, and submission for advertising, marketing, PR, and media services ✅ Familiarity with SAM.gov, Grants.gov, state procurement portals, and local contracting databases ✅ Strong understanding of government procurement processes, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), and agency evaluation criteria ✅ Exceptional writing and research skills, with attention to detail ✅ Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Preferred Qualifications: ⭐ Prior experience securing advertising/media/marketing contracts for clients ⭐ Experience in responding to RFPs from tourism, hospitality, or economic development sectors ⭐ Knowledge of GSA Schedules and cooperative purchasing agreements Compensation:
