We seek an experienced AI Developer to lead the development and integration of real-time voice-to-text capabilities within our MVP. Your focus will be designing, building, and deploying AI systems that analyze live conversations, recognize key sales triggers, and deliver actionable insights instantaneously to sales reps during their interactions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and integrate real-time voice-to-text transcription technology into the MVP. Utilize advanced speech recognition tools (Whisper, Assembly, DeepGram, or comparable APIs) to accurately capture and transcribe live sales calls. Implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to detect sales-relevant keywords, objections, and closing opportunities. Build on-screen prompt functionality that delivers real-time, context-sensitive coaching suggestions. Ensure low latency and high accuracy in transcription and AI-driven prompt delivery. Collaborate closely with the product and CPO to ensure seamless integration and user-friendly design. Monitor performance, conduct tests, and iterate rapidly based on feedback and performance metrics. Document technical requirements, processes, and solutions clearly for ongoing development phases. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with AI development, particularly voice-to-text and NLP. Proficiency with relevant tools and frameworks (OpenAI APIs, Whisper, DeepGram, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text). Solid programming skills (Python required, familiarity with Node.js or similar beneficial). Knowledge of integrating AI models into web-based platforms or SaaS applications. Ability to optimize systems for real-time performance with minimal latency. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing AI solutions for sales enablement or customer-facing interactions. Prior experience working in fast-paced, MVP-driven startup environments. Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and proactive automation.
