Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced .NET developer to build a secure, reliable browser extension solution to automate the transfer of JSON-formatted data from our system into official government website forms. Our platform generates real-time JSON data that must seamlessly populate corresponding fields on government portals. This solution will be hosted on Microsoft Azure, requiring strong expertise with Azure services and deployments. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Development: Develop a .NET-based browser extension or integration that securely ingests JSON data. Automate data population into targeted online government forms. Recommend and implement best-practice approaches (secure browser automation, API integration, field mapping). Security & Data Integrity: Ensure robust security, including encryption during data transfer. Implement strict handling of sensitive information (PII). Ensure adherence to government and industry privacy and security standards. User Experience & Workflow Optimization: Design an intuitive workflow for data transfer (auto-population, manual trigger button, or background services). Provide error-handling and logging for effective monitoring. Testing & Documentation: Conduct extensive testing across various scenarios (large JSON datasets, concurrent sessions). Prepare comprehensive documentation and training resources for internal use. Azure Hosting & Deployment: Configure, deploy, and manage the extension and API services in Microsoft Azure. Optimize Azure services (App Service, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps) for performance, security, and scalability. Required Skills & Experience: Strong expertise in .NET (C#). Deep knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Azure. Proven experience in web form automation (Selenium, Puppeteer for .NET, or similar) and API integrations. Familiarity with JSON and RESTful APIs. Demonstrated experience in secure development practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Familiarity with government web portals. Experience with Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage, and Azure Active Directory. Background with compliance standards such as SOC2.
