Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to develop and execute strategic search engine marketing initiatives for our clients. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in content creation, copywriting, and SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. This is a client-facing role that demands strong leadership and project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Implementation * Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client’s business goals. * Define requirements, tasks, and resource needs for SEO initiatives. * Manage the end-to-end implementation of SEO campaigns, including technical optimization, content strategy, and link-building efforts. * Regularly analyze website performance, search rankings, and key SEO metrics to drive continuous improvement. * Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO best practices. Client & Team Collaboration * Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and results with clients, internal teams, and management. * Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align SEO goals with broader digital marketing efforts. * Oversee and coordinate the work of the link-building team, ensuring quality and effectiveness. * Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring SEO associates and link-building specialists. Content & Keyword Optimization * Conduct keyword research aligned with client objectives to optimize existing content and inform new content strategies. * Provide SEO recommendations to improve on-page elements, metadata, and content structures. * Support the creation and distribution of marketing content for social media and other digital channels. Technical SEO & Analytics * Monitor and analyze search performance across major search engines to identify opportunities for improvement. * Research and administer social media tools in support of SEO and broader digital marketing strategies. * Utilize web analytics platforms to assess performance, generate insights, and refine SEO tactics. Qualifications & Skills * Proven experience in SEO strategy, content optimization, and link-building. * Strong background in copywriting and content creation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to clients and team members. * Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website technical optimization. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
