We are seeking a highly skilled Lean & Six Sigma Expert with extensive experience in IT, SaaS, and Cloud Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate has successfully led large-scale, nationwide process improvement initiatives, optimized workflows across multiple locations, and driven efficiency in high-budget projects exceeding $10 million. This role requires a deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies, specifically applied within IT, SaaS, and cloud operations. Candidates without IT or SaaS experience will not be considered. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience applying Lean & Six Sigma in IT, SaaS, or Cloud Infrastructure environments. Proven track record of leading large-scale, nationwide process improvement projects ($10M+ budgets). Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or equivalent certification preferred. Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SaaS operations. Experience with IT automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps methodologies. Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making. Expertise in using process improvement tools (Minitab, Power BI, JIRA, or similar). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams.
