Podcast Audio Tech with Gear Needed in San Diego

I need someone who can set-up for a podcast recording that has their own gear and can monitor audio levels during the recording. We plan to record some podcast episodes within the San Diego convention center inside a makeshift pod studio. We need someone to bring in all the appropriate gear. Our teams will handle the editorial. There will be 1 host and up to 3 guests at a time. We hope to plan out a 4 hour block on 5/20 and 5/21 or potentially hold the full day of 5/20 to crank everything out. Ideally we're recording video as well, but one wide shot to keep it simple. Then we'd need the files sent to us. Can discuss the best method to transfer files.
