Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team and help build the platform’s core back-end infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable APIs, integrating automation functionalities, and ensuring the platform's architecture is well-documented and flexible enough to support future growth. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs using Python (preferably with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI). Implement automation modules that integrate with external services. Work closely with the UX team to ensure a seamless integration between the back-end and the user interface. Build a centralized knowledge base that supports dynamic data inputs to personalize AI employee outputs. Ensure the code is well-documented, modular, and follows best practices to facilitate future enhancements and integrations. Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help define the technical roadmap of the project. Requirements: Experience in Python development with a strong background in building scalable web applications. Expertise in one or more Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). Solid experience in API development, integrations, and working with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). Familiarity with automation tools and third-party integrations. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Experience in working in agile development environments.
