Data QA, Proofreading, and Data Entry
Hourly: $10.00 - $12.00
We need a detail-oriented, highly-communicative person to assist in going through an election data software platform, checking that tables of vote counts and other information match that in a PDF sourcebook. Include your favorite color somewhere in your cover letter, and tell me why I should hire you. -- REQUIREMENTS -- * Must work quickly, pay strict attention to detail, and follow instructions carefully. (Knowledge of US politics and government is a plus but not required.) * Minimum of 10 hours/week availability. * Basic computer skills (such as copy/paste). Don't include a rate increase in your proposal. We evaluate performance and rates, and adjust when we can. This job has the potential to turn into long-term for the right person. When we review your application, we are looking to see if your personal communication style shines through.
