We’re building a powerful no-code SaaS platform that allows tenants to configure full applications through a visual interface, without writing code. The system includes a backend engine for defining custom database objects and attributes (using MongoDB), as well as a rules editor that lets users set up event-driven automation using conditions and actions tied to the database and external services. Our architecture is strong and the engineering team is moving forward. However, we’re looking for someone who can help bridge the gap between architecture and product management. Someone who can provide both engineering insight and help keep the plan clear, structured, and aligned with business goals. The goal is to help us maintain full clarity between product vision and technical execution, and then continue working with us as part of the team. You’ll be working alongside the product manager and architect to break down the architecture into well-scoped, logical development steps — and help build them. We’re looking for someone who can: - Consult with the team to structure and explain our development plan clearly - Translate current architecture into actionable, efficient development tasks - Work with the product manager to prioritize and plan features - Contribute directly to backend development (Java/MongoDB) - Help maintain a lightweight roadmap and clean documentation as we go Ideal skills: - Strong background in backend engineering (Java, MongoDB, REST APIs) - Comfortable working in fast-moving, collaborative environments - Experience with SaaS platforms, no-code/low-code tools, or automation systems - Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas without overcomplicating things This is a strategic, hands-on role with room to grow.
