This is a key position for someone who’s not only creative but deeply understands brand building, market trends, and leading campaigns that drive real impact. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies, managing creatives, and leading both product and merch campaigns from start to finish. We're looking for someone who can think big, move fast, and bring bold ideas to life—whether that’s a new product launch, a limited-edition drop, or a viral campaign that gets everyone talking. You must be comfortable overseeing designers, directing visuals, and collaborating with leadership. A strong background in marketing is essential, especially in lifestyle or cannabis-related industries. This is a long-term opportunity that will evolve into a leadership role with a full team under you and larger projects to own.
