Hiring: Instagram Manager (Part-Time, Remote) Tea for Turmeric is hiring a smart, self-driven Instagram Manager to grow our Instagram presence (primary goal) – and secondarily, our email list using tools like Grocer’s List or ManyChat. You'll help create consistent, exciting content that reflects the brand. If you love Instagram and Tea for Turmeric, this may be your dream role! Responsibilities (What You'll Do) – Create a content schedule using a weekly and/or monthly calendar, including resharing existing content and recipes in fresh ways. – Post 3–5x/week to the main feed (Reels, carousels, etc.). We'll provide video content – you're free to refresh or edit it to maximize reach and engagement. Bonus if you can create and edit short-form video with a strong sense of pacing, sound, and aesthetics. – Write captions when posting recipes, including helpful information from blog posts. – Use Grocer’s List or ManyChat to grow our email list and automate link sharing for new and existing content. – Re-share content Tea for Turmeric is tagged in, linking back to the appropriate recipes. – Think creatively and experiment with new ways to grow and energize Tea for Turmeric’s Instagram page – from doing on-brand trends to fresh, storytelling formats. – Assign Izzah up to 1 task per week if something needs a voiceover or personalization. Suggestions and ideas welcome!
