We are a non-profit adopting salesforce for our CRM and marketing needs. A third party vendor set up the structure and migrated the data from our former CRM. Upon completion of the job we realized we would like additional customizations and some reworking of the workflow. Looking for a partner who can assess our needs and implement the best structure with flexibility, offer guidance of best practices. This project may take some back and forth as we are new to salesforce and its capabilities. Objectives: (high level) -Optimize campaign and opportunity structure to improve integration with QuickBooks via PandaFlow. -Enable role management within campaign member-related accounts. -Standardize opportunity naming conventions for consistency and improved reporting. -Modify opportunity stage names across six record types. -Reconfigure object relationships, fields, and buttons to create a more efficient Salesforce setup.
