Flying Fish is looking for an experienced HubSpot freelancer to optimize our CRM setup and help us operate smarter across marketing, sales, and customer success. We use HubSpot Sales Hub Professional and Marketing Hub Professional, and we’re ready to take our systems from good to great. What You’ll Do: Audit & Cleanup : Identify and merge duplicate records, standardize data, clean up outdated or unused properties, and ensure precise segmentation across the CRM. Workflow Optimization: Review and refine our existing marketing, sales, and lifecycle management automation. Help us work faster and smarter. Dashboards & Reporting: Ensure our reports and dashboards are accurate, relevant, and actionable for teams across the business. Lead Scoring & Lifecycle Stages: Refine or implement lead scoring models that reflect our marketing-led growth (MLG) efforts and support our sales-led growth (SLG) strategy for high-value, long-lead B2B partnerships. Process Improvement: We want your recommendations for better automation, integrations, or CRM structure that will streamline our work. What You Bring: Proven experience in HubSpot, including Marketing, Sales, and ideally Operations Hubs. Familiarity with MLG and SLG models, especially in B2B environments where content and relationships drive revenue. Strategic thinking with the ability to audit, propose improvements, and execute efficiently. Clear communication and strong documentation skills—we’re a remote team that thrives on clarity.
