Fractional CFO (Part Time) We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fractional CFO to join our growing CFO firm. We provide strategic financial guidance to help our clients make data-driven decisions, increase profitability, and scale with confidence. As we expand, we are looking for a highly skilled Fractional CFO to join our team on a flexible, project-based basis. Role Overview: We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Fractional CFO to support our clients with financial planning, cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and advising on business growth. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain financial forecasts and cash flow models • Conduct budget analysis and provide actionable insights • Create and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) • Guide clients through financial strategy, pricing, and cost control • Collaborate with accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting • Advise clients on capital planning, business growth, and profitability • Provide guidance during tax planning and annual audits • Serve as a strategic partner to business owners and leadership teams • Add the word "Read" in your application ________________________________________ Qualifications Education & Experience: • Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior finance executive • Deep understanding of financial statements, modeling, and forecasting • Expertise in construction, real estate, or professional services preferred • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and financial analysis tools • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders • CPA or MBA preferred but not required • Experience with financial technology tools (e.g., Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Fathom) is a plus
