The Role We’re seeking an experienced Cosmetic Chemist Consultant to: Evaluate & Optimize our draft ingredient lists for each serum category Advise on stability, pH, preservative systems, texture, and packaging compatibility Recommend supplier networks for raw materials (prebiotics, peptides, acids, botanicals) Identify and vet contract manufacturers (CMOs) capable of small‑batch formulation and scale‑up Develop streamlined formulation protocols and QC specifications Train/Guide our team on best practices for reproducible mixing, testing, and compliance This is a project‑based, remote consulting engagement with the potential for ongoing collaboration as we expand our portfolio.
