Overview: We are a multi-trade company offering HVAC Installation, HVAC Service, Electrical, and Plumbing. Our revenue is divided into commercial and residential, but this project will focus only on residential customers, who make up the majority of our business. Using Service Fusion (CRM) and QuickBooks, we would like to analyze the lifetime value of new residential customers who first used our HVAC Service in 2022. You may have to use API access to get the information you need. We have a programmer who can grant you this API access.
