We are seeking a part-time Executive Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for building up InterimExecs RED Team of rock star interim and fractional CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and COOs so that we can play matchmaker, providing the missing leadership resource that will cause remarkable results. We seek a resourceful, scrappy recruiter to help us locate even more great executives and clients using our LinkedIn Recruiter account. Is this you? If so you’re going to: o Scout exceptional executives for current and future opportunities via LinkedIn, phone and video calls. o Help us target potential clients o Update Salesforce records, while you join the team in tracking and winning gigs What we are looking for: o Communication Savvy: Professionalism and ability to interact with executives, whether in written email exchanges or over the phone. o Curiosity: An interest and passion for learning about people and what makes businesses tick. o Batteries Included: You find a way – or make one. Previous experience in human resources, recruiting or other related fields preferred. Remote work is fine.
