We are an engineering firm, transitioning from Unanet (which handled both project management and finance) to BQE for project management and QuickBooks for finance. We need an experienced project manager to oversee this implementation, ensuring a smooth, on-budget, and on-time deployment. Role & Responsibilities Lead the implementation of BQE and QuickBooks, ensuring a seamless transition from Unanet. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and software vendors to ensure successful deployment. Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and keep leadership informed of progress. Provide documentation, training recommendations, and post-implementation support planning. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in managing software deployment projects, especially business management and financial systems. Experience implementing BQE is a major plus. Strong familiarity with project management tools (experience with monday.com is preferred). Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, drive execution, and ensure accountability.
