Seeking an amateur or professional photographer in the Pougkeepsie./Kingston, NY area for a real estate appraisal company. Requires basic photography skills. If you have a current smartphone, the cell's camera will be sufficient. Photos are 'as-is' of the exterior of a small apartment building...no staging, rearranging of contents, lighting, etc. You will be accompanied by the seller's agent at all times. You will receive a detailed list of the photographs we are seeking. The entire process will take approximately 15 minutes. Must be detailed oriented, observant, and on time.
