HIPAA Compliance Consultant – Review, Train, and Record Video Testimonial for ChartRequest Description: ChartRequest (www.chartrequest.com), a leading platform for digital medical record retrieval and release of information, is seeking U.S.-based Health Information Management professionals and HIPAA compliance consultants to help us demonstrate and improve our compliance posture. We are hiring credentialed experts to perform a limited-scope functional audit of one of our operational processes (e.g., Credentialing, Authorization Handling, Request Lifecycle Management, etc.) and then record a 90-second video testimonial sharing their professional impression of our compliance practices.
