The CPA/Senior Advisor will help lead the overall tax services to our clients, in the Small-To-Midsize Business Market (SMB). BizEx Ventures is a comprehensive business services firm, since 2018, with a team of professionals that have decades of experience serving SMB businesses owners. We have worked with hundreds of business owners on Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax, Strategic Planning, and other services, including but not limited to exit planning, valuations, and business brokerage. Our primary focus is to leverage best practices, leading software, and proven technology to streamline business operations, thereby creating profitability and enterprise value. As the CPA, you’ll be the subject matter expert on all Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Tax functions for our employees and clients. While our Bookkeepers perform the functions of Payroll, A/R, A/P, and Bank Reconciliations for our clients, you’ll ultimately oversee Bookkeeping and answer questions. Additionally, you’ll meet with each client (virtually) once per month to review financial reports and otherwise advise them. On a quarterly basis, you’ll review client financials and strategically advise each of them. Annually, you’ll prepare tax returns for our clients and the individual business owner. BizEx prepares tax returns for our business clients only, not individuals.
