Our founder leads live virtual events focused on mental clarity, healing, and personal transformation, helping thousands of people live more grounded, peaceful lives. You can learn more at breathworkdetox.com. We’re growing quickly and need a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Project Manager to help us stay aligned and move fast. What You’ll Do - Manage and organize weekly tasks and workflows using Asana - Coordinate with our founder and team to keep projects on track - Set timelines, follow up with team members & contractors, and track deliverables - Help us streamline our recurring processes (email marketing, virtual events, CRM updates, etc.) - Help us create our Company SOP's and keep them up-to-date - Attend 1–3 virtual team meetings per week (weekday mornings, Mountain Time) What We’re Looking For - U.S.-based and available during Mountain Time mornings - Experience in project management (ideally with remote teams) - Strong knowledge of Asana or similar task management tools - Excellent written communication and time management skills - Comfortable working independently and managing timelines - Bonus: Familiar with Go High Level and Closer CRM; and has created and managed company SOP's *To ensure you have read through the job description thoroughly, please include your favorite emoji in the first sentence of your job submission*
