Social Media Manager & On-Camera Influencer (Inglewood-Based) Company: WOW — The Full-Motion Digital Billboard Company Location: Los Angeles / Inglewood Area (In-Person + Remote Hybrid) Commitment: Part-Time, Ongoing About WOW We’re WOW — a network of 23 full-motion digital spectaculars surrounding SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, and the Kia Forum. Our screens bring big moments to life in the entertainment capital of LA. Now, we’re looking for a social media powerhouse who can do it all: help strategize the content and be the face of it. Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who’s not just behind the scenes but in front of the camera — someone who knows what’s trending, understands how to engage an audience, and is excited to show up on-site at events to capture the energy firsthand. You’re the kind of person who: • Lives and breathes social media. • Knows what’s popping on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. • Can recommend content ideas that feel timely, relevant, and aligned with our brand pillars. • Feels natural on-camera — personable, fun, sharp. • Has flexibility to swing by SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, Kia Forum, or other Inglewood venues 1–2 times a month to film short-form content. • Can occasionally act as the “host” for updates, event highlights, and on-site activations. What You’ll Do • Proactively suggest content ideas based on current trends, music, sports, and entertainment culture. • Cross-check trend ideas with WOW’s brand tone and priorities. • Film content on-site at key venues in Inglewood (event announcements, on-the-ground reporting, crowd interactions, etc.). • Post and manage content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. • Monitor performance and suggest optimizations. Must-Haves • Located in or near Los Angeles with ability to be on-site in Inglewood when needed. • Experience creating and managing content for social media (with examples of both behind-the-scenes management and on-camera work). • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts best practices. • Confident on camera — either solo or interacting with others.
