Write Annual Investor Update Letter

I need help writing an annual investor update for my venture fund. We do this every year, and we have an example from last year, that just needs to be updated with the latest on each of our companies (and the market). This letter is about 20 pages long, in written in narrative format. Our fund invested a couple hundred million dollars into the video game and esports market a few years ago. Our companies are doing well, for the most part, and we send out a letter to our investors every year updating them on the latest. We need someone to take last year's letter as an example, and use that to guide them in digesting all of the investor updates, and writing a new update letter. This will require some market research to update investors on the gaming market, and it will require digesting a lot of investor updates, and distilling down the key points into a narrative on each business in the portfolio.
