Your role will involve visiting the store, evaluating the customers service, product availability, and overall shopping experience. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. **Available location:** 8480 US-64, Bartlett, TN 38133 **Your tasks will include:** • Visit the specified store on March 29 or 30, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM • Locate the area where the WOWCube promotional event is taking place (this will be a designated table with a stand showcasing the product) • Assessing the professionalism, knowledge, and sales techniques of employees. • Observing and reporting on communication skills and customer interaction. • Complete and submit the report within 24 hours of the visit. • Take three photos of the activity around the table at 30-minute intervals: ◦ The first photo upon arrival ◦ The second photo after 30 minutes ◦ The third photo 30 minutes after that ◦ Total time spent in the store should be approximately one hour. • Assessing the professionalism, knowledge, and sales techniques of employees. • Observing and reporting on communication skills and customer interaction. • Complete and submit the report within 24 hours of the visit.
