We are seeking a customer-focused On-Call Guest Services Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling all guest-related inquiries, issues, and bookings AFTER regular office hours. Hours: After-hours 7 days a week including weekends and holidays; Window for potential calls and text monitoring will typically range from 5 pm up until 9 am. Workload expectation: up to 35 calls/texts per week on average The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
