Casa Alma, a contemporary creative studio, is seeking a highly organized, attentive, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our fully remote team and help manage administrative activities as we grow the business. Casa Alma currently works with clients in Hospitality, Education, Fashion, Real Estate, Marketing/Advertising, and Tech space, to name a few. We are ambitious in our goal to scale and become disruptors in the creative industry. We know it takes a village, but don’t want just anybody. This is a highly collaborative position, and you will be working with a team of designers, strategists, and creatives. The ideal candidate prides themselves in their attention to detail, is excited about helping a company grow, and does every task with heart. Administrative Assistant must have at least 5 years of experience and working knowledge in: *Monday.com *Google Suite *Slack Primary Responsibilities: *Work closely with the leadership team to implement and oversee operations and company-wide organization *Support our Project Managers in facilitating projects between clients and our team *Distill information accurately to relevant team members coming out of meetings. Work across teams to share to-dos and next steps *Anticipate problems and elevate issues that require attention *Review/proof deliverables for accuracy and process administrative forms *Professionally represent Casa Alma in meetings and correspondence Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed and organizational capacity dictate.
