We are looking for an experienced Microsoft specialist to provide ad-hoc support for Microsoft Teams, Office, and SharePoint. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft environments, including tenant management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these tools and be able to troubleshoot issues, optimize usage, and provide training as needed. Requirements: - 10 to 20 years of experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams - Strong expertise in managing Microsoft 365 tenants - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly - Available on short notice for ad-hoc support requests Responsibilities: - Provide on-demand troubleshooting and guidance for Microsoft Teams, Office, and SharePoint - Assist with tenant management and configuration as needed - Offer best practices and optimization recommendations - Respond promptly to support requests based on availability If you are highly experienced with Microsoft technologies and can be available on an as-needed basis, we’d love to hear from you!
