We’re launching an innovative ABSN program in Wyoming with strong institutional backing. Seeking a licensed RN (compact or WY-eligible) with MSN or DNP and 3+ years of experience in nursing education and program leadership. You’ll help us finalize curriculum, prepare BON documentation, hire adjunct faculty, and design simulation integration. Flexible schedule to start; full-time possible later. • Must understand BON processes • Experience with simulation, skills labs, and clinical placements • Great if familiar with NCLEX-aligned curriculum and faculty policies Deliverables: • BON-compliant program plan • Curriculum map and course outlines • Simulation/lab equipment plan • Hiring recommendations and faculty handbook
