Fractional CFO Needed to Redo Chart of Accounts for Distribution Company
We are a growing wholesale distribution company in need of a fractional CFO to restructure and optimize our Chart of Accounts and P&L to align with our business operations and financial reporting needs. Our company operates in the B2B distribution. Scope of Work: Design the COA and P&L to improve financial visibility, cost tracking, and reporting from scratch Ensure the new COA and P&L aligns with best practices for wholesale distribution and 3PL operations Ideal Candidate: Experienced CFO or senior financial consultant with expertise in wholesale distribution and/or 3PL Strong background in financial structuring, GAAP compliance, cost accounting, and P&L optimization
