Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) Wanted for Startup

Learn more at calqueinc.com/. The Opportunity We’re looking for a gritty, motivated, part-time SDR who knows how to hustle and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Your job? Set up qualified appointments with loan officers and real estate agents—some already in our network, others you’ll cold outreach—to help them understand how Calque helps close more deals, faster. This will be a high-velocity outreach role, and is centered around connecting with our current network and getting them excited to leverage their relationship with their Account Manager to the max and provide their teams with training and tools to drive more business. What You’ll Be Doing - Reconnect with existing Loan Officers and agents to drive follow-ups and re-engagement May include test campaigns conducting cold outreach to loan officers and agents in target markets across the U.S. - Set qualified appointments with the Partnerships and Sales team - Log activity and update lead status in our CRM (SalesForce) - Provide feedback on what’s working and where we can improve messaging or targeting - Jump in on other growth activities—because you’re a team player and want to win What You Bring - 1+ year of outbound sales, appointment setting, or SDR experience (preferably B2B or in real estate/mortgage/fintech) - Strong communication skills—you’re confident, clear, and great at building quick rapport - You love talking to people, asking good questions, and moving conversations forward - High level of grit—you’re self-motivated, resilient, and love chasing down a goal - Startup mindset—you’re flexible, coachable, and ready to roll up your sleeves Why Calque - Flexible hours and remote-first culture - Work with a small, high-performing team that moves fast and supports each other - Make a real impact—your outreach helps professionals win more deals for their clients - Growth potential into full-time or expanded roles
